A native New Yorker, Richard lived in Tampa, Florida for 10 years before returning home to NYC. He graduated from the University of South Florida with a bachelor’s in communication and served as a hockey director at the Tampa Bay Lightning’s practice facility for six years. Richard perfected his customer service skills working for Carnival Cruise Lines.

His sales and service background, coupled with his personal experience in flipping homes and investing in rental property in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Florida, allowed for a seamless transition to real estate brokerage.

Prior to moving to Philadelphia in 2022 with his wife and 1 year old daughter, Richard lived in Greenpoint, Park Slope & Crown Heights Brooklyn. He will play or try any sport or game, but religiously plays golf & hockey.
