What We Do

Real Estate Services

Limited Service Listings: We will list your property on the MLS for as little $399.00 where you will enjoy the benefits of the same market exposure as the traditional listing services where fees have historically reached as high as 6%. We collect the listing information in an easy and organized fashion and can have the property listed within 2 business days where you then serve as the main point of contact. You will have the option of selecting a cooperating fee, while maintaining the flexibility of opting into an À La Carte menu of services as needed without any financial commitment required in advance.

Hybrid Listing Services: Some commercial transactions are more complexed and require additional support and expertise. In these instances, we can leverage years of brokerage, legal, real estate finance, and development experience to help guide clients through transactions. This level of representation allows our clients to proceed confidently knowing their interests are protected. Here we are able to tailor our services without compromising our mission of reducing transactional costs for our clients.

Referral Buyer Services: Over the years, we’ve cultivated relationships with the most knowledgeable and connected buyer’s agents. We have found buyer agents who focus their attention on specific markets or asset types consistently provide the greatest value to buyers. As an independent brokerage, we are not handcuffed or pressured into making referrals to agents associated with our brokerage. Instead, we can make referrals intended to provide the greatest benefit to you. Through a separate engagement, we are able to provide discounted legal services meaning buyers will benefit from the top buyers agent in their target market with the comfort of attorney review. We always recommend contacting us first, as this allows us to add the greatest efficiency and value to the purchasing process.

Buyer Representation: Consistent with the principles behind our Referral Buyer Services, we understand our strengths and focus our attention on specific markets and asset types where our industry relationships and market knowledge add the greatest value to our clients. We are selective in these engagements which differentiates us from most brokerages. Whether it be tax professionals, legal professionals or other professional service providers, it’s common place for these professionals to specialize in focused areas of their profession. This historically has not been the case with real estate agents where the common practice has been “engage a buyer first and figure out the rest later”, usually to the detriment of their client.

Attorney Review: Unlike traditional real estate brokerages, we can extend attorney review services to our clients. These services are offered at discounted rates under separate engagements to any client who utilizes our brokerage services. We are also able to provide buyer side attorney review services. Thanks to the March 15 th , 2024 landmark NAR settlement, we can now offer these services without our clients being disadvantaged by what became industry norms or paying excessive fees.
